About Us / Our Partners

Out of many, ONE community.

Why we work this way

Pridelines runs on a model we call the Wheel and Spoke. The mission is the axle, Pridelines is the hub, the Six Circles of Care are the rim, and our affinity groups are the spokes. Our partners are the tire: the part of the wheel that actually touches the road. A person is one whole, and no single organization can hold all of it, so instead of building a lesser version of what our neighbors already do well, we build with them. The food partner brings the produce and we bring the community. The health system brings the clinic and we bring the trust. The congregation brings the sanctuary and we bring the people who were told sanctuaries weren’t for them. Partnership is how whole-person care becomes real without duplication, how trust travels through relationships that already exist, and how forty-four years of welcome reaches more doors than we could ever open alone. Out of many organizations, one community.

Health Partners

AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundation)

Founded in 1987 and now the largest global provider of HIV and AIDS care, AHF delivers medical services, pharmacies, and community programs to millions of people worldwide regardless of ability to pay. In South Florida, AHF’s is a trusted partner in testing and linkage to care, its Florida AIDS Walk carries Team Pridelines to the beach every spring, and AHF is a founding partner of the New Eden Jubilee Market.

ViiV Healthcare

The world’s only company dedicated entirely to HIV, ViiV invests in communities through its Positive Action programs. That investment powers the HALO Initiative at Pridelines: Hermanos del Sol, the HALO Awards, and the affinity programs that follow, honoring the people living with and fighting HIV across Miami-Dade.

Food for Health

AHF’s anti-hunger program fights food insecurity through pantries, free community farmers markets, affordable hot meals, and food education, with a South Florida pantry in Fort Lauderdale. Food for Health helped teach us what a free market with dignity looks like, and that lesson lives on every third Saturday.

Community & Family Partners

AQUA Foundation for Women

Since 2004, AQUA has been South Florida’s foundation by and for women in all their identities, advancing education, wellbeing, and community through scholarships, an emergency fund, leadership programs, and gatherings across Miami-Dade and Broward. With AQUA we co-produce the Lavender Lounge, co-captain the Florida AIDS Walk, and build joint programs for young people and families.

Start Off Smart

Serving South Miami-Dade, Homestead, and Florida City since 1991, Start Off Smart works alongside the Homestead Police Department to pair law enforcement with human services, the first partnership of its kind in Florida, guiding individuals, children, and families toward independence and safety. From counseling and crisis support to a room stocked with diapers, food, and clothing for anyone in need, SOS is a New Eden partner and a model of what care looks like at the county’s southern edge.

Lost Girls Theatre

A Miami independent theatre company making original work with a wink and a full heart, from staged premieres like Where or When? to new plays grown in South Florida soil. Lost Girls co-produces the Lavender Lounge’s theatre and cabaret nights every third Saturday, and gathers makers of every kind for Tea & CreativiTEA, a monthly craft-and-create evening at UU Miami on fourth Tuesdays.

MC4QY

A Miami-Dade coalition of organizations that collaborate and share resources to support young people’s mental well-being, advocate for school and community policies that protect them, and create belonging so every student can thrive. Pridelines is a proud member, and the coalition is how our youth circle reaches into every corner of the county.

SAGE Miami

Since 1978, SAGE has been the nation’s leading advocacy and services organization for elders. SAGE Miami Services brings case management, benefits enrollment, care planning, emergency financial aid, and companionship against isolation to older adults across Miami-Dade, and launched with a community celebration hosted at Pridelines. Referrals: (786) 604-0082.

Jewish Community Services of South Florida

Miami-Dade’s safety net, serving more than 100,000 people a year from the Jewish and broader South Florida communities: food support, counseling, case management for older adults and Holocaust survivors, domestic abuse services, and the contact center that answers 211 Miami and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for our region. With JCS, wellness and social connection expand for our elders across the county.

Mind and Spirit Partners

Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Miami

Our spiritual home at 7701 SW 76th Ave: a congregation with no creedal test and deep commitments to human dignity, the free search for truth, and social justice. UU Miami hosts the Lavender Lounge and the New Eden Jubilee Market, co-created Hero Academy with us, and opens its doors every Sunday to anyone who shows up as themselves.

The Collective Awakening

A community for honest seeking, of the mind, of the soul, and of one another, working where depth psychology, spirituality, and community meet. Its four branches of care, Psyche, Soul, Community, and Second-Tier Ministry, welcome people without conditions, and its conviction that the mind and the soul were never meant to be split runs through everything we do. The New Eden Jubilee Market is a ministry of The Collective Awakening, powered by Pridelines. No reservation is required; a seat is already saved.

No Reservations

A mental health and community support space that brings together what most people only get in pieces: depth psychotherapy, pastoral care and spiritual support, psychoeducation, and community gatherings. No Reservations leads RE:Connect, our bi-monthly virtual gathering, and powers the digital backbone of our work, from this website to market registration.

Interfaith Collective

An interfaith and interreligious community for South Florida, originally founded as Interfaith Miami, bringing people of diverse faiths, philosophies, cultures, and spiritual paths into real relationship through community conversations, interfaith concerts, quarterly Interfaith Table gatherings, service, and an annual tour of Miami’s religious communities. Its belief that pluralism asks us to stay rooted in our own identities while remaining open to transformation is the same belief that shapes our Faith & Spirituality circle.
