Why give

When you give to Pridelines, you’re not funding a program. You’re investing in a promise that’s been kept since 1982: that there is a place in South Florida where EVERYONE belongs, where a person is met as a whole, body, mind, community, and soul, and where kinship is offered to anyone who needs a safe space to call home.

You’re investing in our youth, the first circle and the founding reason, so that a teenager finding their voice today has trained adults who stay to listen, peers who understand, and a room where they can be fully themselves. You’re investing in our community, every generation of it, so that a brother in Hermanos del Sol, an elder at Coffee & Conversations, and a neighbor in line at the New Eden Jubilee Market all find the same thing: welcome without conditions. And you’re investing in the mission itself, the conviction that a community center can hold the whole person and the whole county at once, and that out of many, we are one.

A Circle of Generosity

Every dollar lands in a circle, and every circle leads home. Give once, give monthly, or give in someone’s honor; however you show up, you’re building the room that someone is going to find on a Tuesday night when they need it most. Everyone means everyone.

What your gift keeps free and open

  • A confidential HIV test and the warm handoff into care that follows it
  • A bag of groceries on a third Saturday, and dinner at the Lavender Lounge that night
  • A young person’s seat in Hero Academy or the UNICORN Youth Corps
  • A morning of coffee, conversation, and chosen family for an elder who would otherwise spend it alone
  • The doors themselves, open to everyone who walks through them

Pridelines Youth Services, Inc., dba Pridelines, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 65-0670159. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Your gift keeps every program free, affirming, and open: confidential testing, free groceries on third Saturdays, a seat at the Lounge with dinner served, and room for every generation to belong.
